7c heli and air differences? What exactly are they

I'm planning to buy a 7c (because I have 5 r606fs recievers that I want to use), but only the air version is available for me. So does anybody know what "exactly" the differences are? I know about the ratchet, easy to fix. I know that switch locations are different, all online reviews I could find show the air version, and switch layout does not look that "awkward" to me. Maybe the location of 3 position switch could be better, but it is usable. You can assign any function to any switch if I'm not mistaken.
Can anybody enlighten me about the "switch locations customized for the heli usage" issue? Where are the switches on the heli version?

Here is the manual for the 7C.
Scroll down to page 11 and 12. The Airplane tranny is on page 11 and the Heli is on page 12.
You can see the difference in switch placements.
On the heli version the idle up switch is on the top left corner and Throttle Hold on top right.
On the Airplane version I believe you activate idle up with a switch on the front panel and throttle hold will be on the top left.
