I have installed the software - plugged in the usb interface, plugged in my tx, turned tx on..
get the error message " No relfex-interface could be detected! Please check your hardware installation..
what am i doing wrong... ive tried every usb port on my comp - even tested each usb port with a corded mouse and they all work fine...
my comps updated, and im no fool when it comes to computers...
any help or anyone else experienced this?

after searching through their help file - when plugging my usb in - im not getting the popup to install the usb driver... windows isnt even detecting i plugged in a usb device... did i get a faulty interface?

Make sure your radio is in PPM mode and not PCM mode ... Thats all I got.

ya i was in ppm mode - i borrowed chris's reflex dongle - windows recognized it soon as i plugged it in, his is a little different so i must have been shipped an old model that is faulty.

TX mode has nothing to do with your PC detecting the USB interfacve. Check device manager to see what is up with your USP ports.

Chris here in columbus, let me borrow his adaptor, it booted up fine, windows detected it as soon as i plugged it in.... started up sim - and was able to fly.
So my dongle was just a reject :( had to send my reject back to MRC and should be getting a new one in soon.
