When I put my fury in hover it looks like the flybar always is tilted to the left looking from behind. The flybar and the main rotordisc aint parallel to each other in hover.

Should it be like this? And when the wind is blowing the heli drags to the left looking into the the windeye no matter what direction the heli has.

Can someone explain why.

well, this can get to be a very long discussion, but I'll try to keep it short and simple. The fury uses a bell-hiller mixing system which allows for flight input changes to occur every 90 degrees of rotor rotation. Torque of the tail rotor will cause the machine to lean to one side, and towards the side of the retreating main blade. Where you are seeing the lean of the flybar is 90 degrees from where the main rotor blades will change pitch to complete your control input.
There's a lot of engineering behind the way the mechanics are made, and you really don't have to learn how they work to know they do. :)
Check out some aerodynamics websites if you really want to get into the 'why' and 'how' further.

To confirm your mechanical setup is correct, set zero pitch on main blades, level the swash, and also check for zero pitch on the paddles. If you get changes in pitch as you rotate the head, you either have not levelled the swash at zero pitch, or You could have slightly different link lengths. BTW: rotate the head 360 degrees and check pitch at each 90 degrees for each main blade, and paddle.
let us know what you find.
