Gain is backwards

I am setting up my Futaba 611 with my JR transmitter. Weird thing is the rudder/DR switch seems to be working backwards. IN the 0 position, decreasing the gain setting on the gyro menu, increases the gain on the 611. It is also in reverse for position 1. The results is a setting of 21 on the position 0 Rud/DR on the gyro menu results in a setting of 37 on the 611 gyro. I would expect it to have to be about 76 for a setting of 37.

I have done this before, many times, but maybe old age is taking over. Any ideas would be appreciated.

JR and Futaba use opposite pulses for control. It is normal for Futaba and JR to have to be reversed when using one with the other.
