Ahhh its home again!
Are you gonna keep it? Fly it for what it is Shawn
YES I did miss it for what it is, slippery and smooth as you put it. The fellow I sold it to never flew it, in fact I spent a good hour dust blowing it off and shining her up :) So well yea I bought it back from him and will be nice to do some good comparisons to the Diabolo once my canopy arrives for it. :D

Interesting, i sold my TDR about 2 weeks ago, we hotwired Jeti receiver to it, the new owner done one flight (a bit wild to my taste, he used too much of everything, probably habit from T500 he is flying the most) and i wrote to him yesterday and he is not flying it!
But i will not be buing it back...
Hi Guys ,
If anybody is looking for canopies , I have two New never flown TDR canopies , one is an Insane canopy and the other a stock Black canopy with Silver window and both Silver and Yellow comets.
Both are new never flown.
PM for details and price.
thanks,
epc2.

A friend took some photos this morning, just finished modifying and upgrading all the Vbars. Have a matching canopy for T550, just finished building from spares but this heli is getting used less and less.
Other Heli is Logo 500SE which flies very nicely, in fact I fly it the most to learn new manouvres on, then its the TDR for a treat. After my early incident taking it easy with the TDR taking less risk although new tricks tend to lag a day or 2 from Logo to TDR.

Packing for the trip. This bag travels with the helis today, I am flying next week. Tail rotors are hidden below the cushioning, the booms travel with me in a hard tube, together with charger, radio, tools and some spares.

I'd recommend to friend from Italy to use white stickers on both helies.
I also use them and find them very cool.....

Thank you Bill
I guess you referred to boom stickers; well at this time the only i had available were the yellows, but in next order i've already put a couple of whites.

Was it you at 3D Masters? How do you like the DH tails blades? Where did you get the carbon landing skids? Are they one piece with the plates or do you have to glue them?
Sorry for so many questions! Thanks.

Hey Marcos,
yes it’s me @ 3D Masters.
Dominik is a good friend of mine, so he gave me some (200g) for testing. I love these blades, because there go very fast in a straight line.
The blades are the orig. I cut them, and glue it with the skids from http://www.cr-modelltechnik.de/hliefe1.htm (http://www.cr-modelltechnik.de/hliefe1.htm)
Hope to see you in a few weeks @ Ircha speed cup :cheers
Cheers
