I agree. I got the CX2 as my first heli and I think it was a good choice. I also got RealFlight 3.5 on a good deal and it has been really helpful.

Also note that this "said heli", will make you wallet, oh id say...$1000.00-1500.00 lighter by this same time next year. Id put money on it :)

Hmmm... Would you put say... $1000 - $1500 on it? That would be just about perfect ;)

wats the difference between the blade cx and the blade cx2
I'd get the Lama 4. It's cheaper by half the price and is still 4 channels.

Blade CX is a 72mhz heli and cx2 is 2.4ghz. It also has the lipo's as stock and it's red vice yellow.
That's the differences I can see between the two.

I'm not sure what the big difference is other than they are made by two different companies.
The are both 72 Mhz, four channels, li-po batteries, 4-in-1 controller w/ gyro & mixer, dual rotors and are about the same size and, most importantly, ready to fly out of the box and spare parts are readily available.

Yep if I were to do it again, I'd get the Llama 4 vice the CX.
The CX2 is 2.4ghz but I fly fine on my 72mhz CX.

hey good to know im not the only young teen saving my pennies to get into this hobby. ive heard better things about the lama. and also invest ina sim, it will save you tons of money, even if 200 for realflight doesnt seem worth it.
