I am about to buy a Logo 5003D with the following setup:

-FlightPower 8S 3700
-Phoenix CC HV 85
-Neu motors 1910H-1Y - 153T/13T

-V-BAR
-3x JR8717 (7.4V)
-1x JR8900

-EvoLite 2S 1350
-Spektrum VR5203

-AR7000

Some suggestion?
Is there something I should change for the best performance?

Thanks,
Enrico.

Can I ask why 8S? 6S is honestly plenty on this heli, and the 1910 is abit steep for gearing on this heli on 8S, the Zpower 800kv os more suited for 8S on this heli.

Unless you allready have the packs there are many more options for motors etc on 6S and with Vbar 6S is really enough on the 5003D.

Hi,

I have already n°4 4S3700 new, I like to use them realizing n°2 8S.

From what I understand you think that the Neu has Kv too high. With 153/13T should have 2300 rpm. There is a mistake in the calculation?

In your case you refer to Zpower Z30-800 or Z50-800;

I would like a powerful engine that allows me any manoeuvre.

As regards the rest of the setup, Is Ok?. Better the JR8900G or BLS251?

Thanks for your help.

With V-bar, you don't need as high a head speed. I think around 2100-2200 is the norm. Also, for a Logo500, I think the JR 8717 supply more than the required torque and have a high current draw. But if your ever planning on reusing them on a bigger helicopter, go for it. I've been happy with the BLS451 but S9452 would be good also.

The BLS251 for the tail seems to be the new favorite servo of many here but the JR8900G is also popular. Can't go wrong with either.

Yet thanks.

Even though I have these yet doubts:

Motor:

- Z-Power Z30A-800 (Kv 800)
- Z-Power Z50A-800 (Kv 780)
- Neu 1910H-1Y (Kv 1050)
- Plettemberg Orbit 30-10 (Kv 825)

Which is the best in my case? (Logo500, 8S3700, Blade 550)

Then,
BLS251 or JR8900G. What I buy?

Finally:

I read some problems (initialization) VBar with AR7000.
What does it involve? As we settle?

Enrico.

BlS251 with Vbar, 8717s on 2S for cyclic.

I think the Z50-800A is a terrific motor - runs real cool - plenty of grunt and 1/3 price of the Neu
