View Full Version : Gaui customer support kicks ass!

I went downstairs this morning after getting a call from the doorman that there was a package from ReadyHeli waiting for me at the shipping desk. I was half asleep and stumbled to the elevator for the 43-floor ride to the lobby. I was very pleasantly surprised to find two packages waiting for me. One from ReadyHeli (which is good in and of itself) and another from Gaui. Man was I happy!!

I had sent an e-mail to Gaui about not being able to get the swash guide separately and the spacers for the belt guide. They asked me to send some pictures of what I needed specifically. I figured it would be a couple weeks before I heard back from them. I got the package and inside I found:

2x wood blades
2x tail linkage
2x swash guides
2x sets of belt guide pulley spacers

All shipped from half way around the world on their nickel! ! :thumbup:


Guai has just gained my loyalty and my respect. Way to go Gaui. That's the kind of customer service all manufacturers should provide. I'll be flying Guai as long as there making Heli's. :clappp

wow!!! I'm impressed, that must have been at least 10 dollars or more in shipping for them to get the parts there that quick. Go Gaui!!!!!

The parts where free also. If I didn't have three 200's already I'd buy another one!
