Will Futaba or any aftermarket company make them? I am tired of replacing them after a crash.

Are you busting the metal gears ? Or is it just the first gear that is plastic that your busting. You do not have to buy a whole set just to get the plastic gears. Tower sells the first and second plastic gears for the metal gear servos.

Any micro/mini servo is going to strip the gears easily if crashed. Some of them will even strip the gears if you turn them by hand with no power on them. Just one of the nuisances of using small servos.
