Camera delay setting

Hi i have just downloaded the latest update (1.05e) and i have been playing about with the settings,What
i would like to ask is where everyone has their camera delay slider to gain the most realistic effect.
I have mine set to 1.0 on the scale but would still like to know if someone has found a better setting.
