For Sale - Falcon 3d with lots of spare parts

hi, i am selling my falcon 3d and all the parts that i have for it.
the heli itself is not complete. there are some things missing/ broken (keep reading for details).

The details ---

here's a list of the parts.. all are new in the package unless stated otherwise.

-tail drive shaft
-tail boom
-tail boom
-tail shaft
-tail shaft
-tail shaft
-blade grips
-boom supports
-tail gear set
-flybar
-flybar
-tail grips
-tail grips
-flybar arms
-spindle shaft
-fly bar paddles
-blade grips (opened but new, only missing 1 screw)
-head block (opened, a few parts missing)
-washout set (opened, only missing a ball link)
-plastic 3d-x400 main blades (opened but still new)
-misc baggy of two tail hubs and one tail gear (both new)

then for the heli frame, it has three servos (no tail servo/gyro) and it has a broken front landing strut, the main blade grips etc are taken off and are in a bag.
it also comes with the stock esc (no motor) and upgraded cnc tail blade grips (installed but 0 flights).
the vertical tail fin is pretty beat up.
but other than those things the whole air frame is intact and in good condition. it could easily be made flyable or just used for parts.

also it comes with training gear, foam blade support, and the origanal wood blades (torn covering at the tip of one, but still in good condition)
oh, and i have a canopy but it's beat up and taped up... it will make a good beater practice one.

ok, for the price i am not looking to get a lot but no low ball offers either :)
what i have in mind is somewhere between $100 and $200

so just make an offer between those numbers and i will let you know :)
