I'm planning to use an AR6100 reciever in my Honey Bee CP2. It seems like it's going to work perfectly, it's just one big problem.

The plan is to use the 4in1 unit, but remove the reciver part. Take a look at the link below.

The AR6100 reciever handles maximum 9,6 volt and the battery used in the CP2 is 11,1 volt, 1100 mAh. Tha's a big problem I think, or is it an easy way to use resistors to lower the voltage. And if so, how many Ohm shuld I use on the resistors?

How much Amp does the AR6100 handle?

I'm planning to use Ohm's law. R=U/I but I don't know how much amp (I) I should calculate for.

Can someone give me help in the right direction.

Thanks in advance, Jan.

The 4 in 1 has a BEC that supplies 5 - 6 volts to the Rx. Probably through the main motor connection.

The problem with using a 4 in 1, is that the pins to connect throttle and rudder aren't on cables. When I switched my Blade CP over to JR style, I just got a 3 in 1 for a Balde CP Pro. Everything is cabled.

When i measured the voltage from the 3in1 that I got taking away the reciever it seems go be 5 volt. Then it should work without lovering the voltage at all.

I just made the same installation as in the previous link in my previous post and it should work I hope.

Yes it worked, thanks for the help.
