You'd probably get a better response if you posted your message in another forum as this one is reserved for Miniature Aircraft helicopters

I see you found the thread :0) -- it wasmoved to the proper forum -- I wasnt sure which one to stik it in lol

I am running the following so far:

4 E-flight S-60 sub micros @ 5g a piece
Spektrum AR-6100 @ 6g
I was running an xmhobbies 4500kv and 15a esc that came as a package. totaling 36g:thumbup:
The 15a didnt seem to cut it so I stepped up to a 25a silver series (electrifly) which in turn toasted my motor after 6 outstanding looking test flights ( 5 minuters) I am currently researching other motors to pop in and try. Please let me know if you find a suitable motor.

I have an esky 3800kv motor and an ACE 40a esc that i am gonna take from my Cp pro.. I was wondering if the eflite S75 servos would fit.. if not, I need to get some and was wondering what you were using..

I also have the AR6100..

A buddy of mine is shipping me some motors that he doesn't use any longer so I will tell you what they are and how they work out when the bird shows up from Hong Kong..

I don't have any 75's to compare. I can say the 60's leave a very small bit of room for the top mounting bracket to go any higher. Will probably be close :0)

Please keep me informed of the motors and their outcome as I will do the same.

What is the blade length? It looks te same size as Hurricane 200. If so, you might look into Hurricane motor and 12a esc setup. We are currently running one with 2s800 with 15T pinion and the other with 12T pinion and 3s730. I believe the motor kv is around 4800 as well.

Someone tried those blades and the didn't provide enough lift to be sufficent.
I am convinced the motor I had would be a good motor -- I just popped it not knowing any better :0) it was 4500kv with a 10T pinion hitting 3760 HS and 25a esc should have been ok. Oh well back to looking -- thanks for the hurrican mention -that has crossed my mind :0)

After taking the motor part it has tight winds and super super strong magnets -- nice little motor
