I'm building my first 450SE heli and concerned about the burrs (or rough edges) on the frame. I'm worried that they can damage/fray the cabling and would like to file/sandpaper them down. As it's a carbon frame, should I be worried about health and safety issues ie breathing in the dust? I know this is a daft question to some, but your replies would be appreciated.
Thanks - Dave

Watch the Finless vids, he tells you to sand the edges of the frame. And yes, it's probably not a good idea to deeply inhale carbon dust, I do it in my garage, should have put a fan blowing on me or something, maybe next time.

Sand the edges down (at a minimum, put on a dust mask) and then hit the edges with a bit of thin CA to "seal" 'em.

Superglue. :)
Just sand the edges with a 500+ grit sandpaper. You don't need to seal it or anything. Just ignore skiddz hes insane :YeaBaby:

Keep the frame wet. Use "wet or dry" paper.
Carbon dust is nothing to sneeze at.
