I saw this somewhere......I got my 65mg's installed a few days ago. I had a chance to see where I was at today due to me 15 month old little girl was taking her nap!!
I know where the ecs hooks but when I hooked everything else up the swashplate was all out of wack. The rudder worked fine though. I got all the conrtol horns at a 90 with servos. I am having to start from scratch my raptor 50 was set up by a friend of mine. I am wanting to figure all this stuff out myself. Where should everything be hooked up at. And what do I need to reverse? Nap time only last about 1 hr or so...hahaha!!
Thanks For the Help!!

Use the manual that came with the heli to check all servo movements. Sometimes they need to be reversed in the Tx. Hope this helps.

from left to right:
batt - leave open
Thro - esc
Aileron - Lower rear servo
Eilvator - Front servo
Rudder - gyro
Gear - yellow wire from gyro (optional)
Aux1 - Upper rear servo
You probably have everything hooked up right. That happened to me when I changed over to those same servos. I even did the same thing and started looking to see if I plugged them back into the proper channels.
The solution for me was to go into the swash mix menu in the DX6i and reverse the signs of whatever was in there. So anything that was + I changed to - and vice versa.
Worked fine after that!
