I bought a package deal from ready heli. A DN Power charger and two KP 2200. Being a newb what is the best way to condition these packs with this charger. and I am not exacly the proper way to charge them. thanks in advance for any help

Plug them in and charge them. That charger has a max charge rate of 2 amps, which is slightly less than 1C.
If you want to break in your packs (not everyone thinks it is required), just hover them for a few minutes (about 50% of capacity) for the first 3 - 5 cycles.
