Dampers

How firm should the blade dampers be? I just put together a t-rex 450XL head and it seems like there is a lot of flex.

How does the firmness change tracking, etc.? I have had several boom strikes and I believe soft dampers are not helping.

Is there a rule of thumb?

Any ideas are welcomed...

What blades are you flying?

Very soft dampers can also help. Adn no rule of thumb. But if yours are old, start with trying some new ones.
