Okay, so I picked up a HDX450 and got it today. It has a Telebee Head Lock gyro on it, and on the tail it has a TowerPro SG50 servo. First time I fired it up, i noticed the tail gyro twitching back and forth fast, and it just wouldnt hold still, and isnt very responsive at all, almost not at all. In Head Hold or Normal mode. Same thing. I made sure there was no restriction in the tail control rod, and even took the gyro right off the heli to see it in action with no restriction at all....same thing. I ended up taking another spare SG50 I had and tried that to the same result, and then tried a 90 size ESky servo I had, and that did the same thing. I tried flipping the reverse switch on the gyro, but that was in its proper position to begin with, and didnt help. I also adjusted the gain, which got me nowhere.
Am I missing anything? The only thing I could think of is that the gyro is no good. But i'll take any other suggestions happily.
