iv just got my trex 500 delivered & i started to build it, anyway im using bob's video's as a guide now here is my problem.. on the second video bob is going through the step HH3 assembling the flybar cage & upper mixing arms.well in the 500HH3 bag there is 4 ball ends & in bob's video 2 of the ball ends have a stand of on them, which are supposed to screw in the end of the upper mixing arm, well iv opened my 500HH3 bag,& i also have 4 ball ends, but none of them have the stand of on them they are identical and in bob's video you can clearly see the size diference between the two type's of ball end, so what should i do as i dont want to use them if they are the wrong ball end.. any help please im desperate to get on & build it

I think Bob should edit that video and throw a little text at the point on the video :) I believe his is an early release kit. They changed it. Just put it together with the hardware you have.

He makes note of this (in red type) in the post above the video's download link.
Be sure to read over his notes where you got the videos for updated information.
Also, I would suggest watching the entire build at least once. Then watch each video entirely before you start. Sometimes you will see things change later in the video for one reason or another.
You will probably also notice that some of the ball link lengths he suggests in the video do not match those printed in the manual. That part of the manual was also updated. However, later in the video series he mentions having to lengthen them...

Thats a great idea. I don't understand why he can't re-edit them.
It does say in red above each video section about different mods though.

Yes it says it. No offense to the ones that use the videos, but they probably did not read the manual and are looking to go right to the video.. so I wouldnt think they would read the notes either

Along with watching the videos a couple of times, I've been carefully studying each step in the manual. I'm surprised how much information can be found in the drawings.

I just finished mine last night (actually this morning around 2AM). I'm a real beginner so there are some things I had problems with. Now I have some extra pieces left... I don't know if that should be a matter of concern  I hope not. I will now have to set up the radio and do the CCMP with trimming and all.
What type of servos, receiver and radio are you using with your 500?
