which power supply

Hi I was wondering between these two power supplies which one would you choose? I'm going to be using it with the hyperion duo. I know that the lrp I have currently can definately charge 2 3s 2200 flight power packs at the same time or one of the 6s 4900mah flight power
and one of the 3s 2200mah. I guess my question is what specs should I be looking at when I purchase a power supply? Amps? Volts?

I did however notice everyone recommends getting one with a higher amp power supply. If there are better ones please list them.
