Can you do half turns on the ball links with the 400 or no half turns like the trex? like bob shows in the video.

im not sure
im looking at the ball links and the openings are the same in each side so its not a one way fit
ive always done half turns

Yeah I did half turns too it seems to be okay

I had the same question a while back and confirmed with Horizon that there is no right/wrong way to attach the ball links to the balls.
Half turns are OK.

Only to add another data point, but yea I do half turns also, no problems other than thumb errors so far.

For about $15-$18 you can get a nice set of Ball link pliers and no more numb thumbs...:banana
