TREX is ready to fly, just program your radio and you are set. It's setup as a night rig but you can easily remove the glow wire and have a day copter! Never crashed. Setup for 4cell flight but you can remove the UBEC and be set. I didn't cut any wires to install the UBEC, I just swapped the UBEC leads out on the Controller and heat shrinking the ESC leads so I could go back to 3 cell easily if I wanted.
