I took my clutch assembly apart after some noise I heard on the engine gear and the main gear, to my surprised the bearing on the engine gear inside of the clutch assembly had ceased due to dirt and oil, and had worn the engine gear where the bearing sits.

Do you guys seal the engine bearing block so that dirt and oil don't get inside the bearings?
Thanks
Robert
