Another binding question

I was reading in the manual where the ar7000 has to be bound before it will operate. I have the ar6100 I did not do the binding process. The ar6100 operates. I have been doing Radds flight school. Do I need to bind the Rx or is it pre bound from the factory to the Tx. I only have one the trex model on my Tx. I do have one model set up as sim.

If I'm not getting this right please let me know, so I can set it up right. I was wondering if I do not have the failsafe activated?

It is prebound from the factory, but you should rebind after you get the heli setup.

Actually from new, to flying you should bind 3 times.

1 - to get the Rx to listen to the Tx.

2 - After setting up ESC to make sure that you don't accidently spn the motor up.

3 - when setup is complete so that the servos, and especially the gyro, see the proper positions on power
