Hi all

I am looking for a CP heli for indoor flying, and I am looking at HBK2 or Gaui 200

Actually, I had a HBK2, and flew it once, until the tail servo or gyro failed, and I crashed into the floor, and totaled my HoneyBee King 2

I have been looking at the Gaui 200, but if you have any suggestion, I am all ears.
Only term: Less that 500 grams due to local insurance restrictions

A guy I fly with has a Gaui 200 that he flies in the shop he has behind his house. He seems to be really happy with it.

I've been on the same track, and everyone says the same, the gaui 200 seems to be the hot ticket.

I've been following the Pixi Zap and Firefox, actually have a Firefix on order, but it sort of looks like these are going away. Can't really tell, but I have a hunch that the 100 line was a failed intro, and the 200 will be around for a while.

I've done quite a bit of homework, and think I'll go with the 200. Check out the thread on the 200 and see the video that Buzzkill sent me, awesome.

...and, what is the deal with 500grams and insurance??? Do you have to insure your heli in your part of the world?, or is this homeowners insurance? Either way that sorta sucks.

The only insurance that covers damages done on "third party" is through our local "RC union" and they have a weight limit for indoor flying of 500 grams.
(Which I find quite fair, I might add)

The Gaui 200 fits the bill perfectly. :smokin:
