Hello,

I have a Futaba (http://www.rcuniverse.com/buynow/keywordclick.cfm?bid_id=5021) T6EXHP wich works ok on the simmulator but it doesn`t do nothing when I try it on the heli. I changed the crystals , I changed the reciver but still the same.
I heard that there is a final transsistor wich must be changed ... Someone else had this problem ?

What reciever? Most sims require PPM, if your reciever is PCM (part number ends in P like 149DP or 146iP) then the parameter menu must be set to PCM modulation and the transmitter turned off and back on.

I ussualy use r-146iP PCM in 40Mhz with matched crystals and it worked with it perfectly. But now it won`t work at all , I also tried with R-136 F PPM with proper crystals and the same happens. And I tried with other reciovers and crystals too.

I have sent my Futaba back for repair. It was bad out the box. The radio would not transmit, and the helicopter did nothing.. With the trainer, you would be hard wired which will not let you know if it is transmitting. I took the crystal out of the Futbaba radio and put it into a different radio and everything on the helicopter suddenly worked. I hope this helps.

Thanks,

I already think at that, but the problem is that is out of waranty and the closest Futaba Service is very far from me (1300km - 3 countrys away) and probably the transport and repair costs are like a new radio. Thanks very much for help guys !
