Governor mode with ACE ESC !!!!

Has anybody out there succesfully used governor mode on an ACE BLC-65 ESC.

I run a Raptor E620 with a standard TT outrunner motor, 10S pack and would like to try running in governor mode.
I could buy the CC HV85 as used by finless but if the unit I already have can do it then why buy.
As I spool up to around 1000 rpm hs the motor hunts violently and then the ESC shuts down.
I am using the default settings for heli except for changing to Gov mode.

TT are not willing to help.

I run mine in gov mode, perfect performance from it. Remember to set TC to something like 0, 85, 85, 85, 85 for normal. I run stock setup and set mine to 86 % across except for point low throttle point. You need 0 here iot to arm the ESC.

Mine does the same, even went out and bought the CC 85HV did the same, until I realised a bad solder joint was limiting the current. It will also do it on a low battery.
