What is the max collective pitch range that can be obtained on the new Freya Evo, without having the the head bind or having to turn down the ATV for aileron/elevator?

No USA Convertion kit, Yes too much.

I have +11 degrees and - 10 degrees max. without binding.

You should be able to get 22 degrees of pitch without binding. There isnt a conversion and I dont think there will be one. Its a good heli though!!
