I highly recommend this instruction from Todd & Jason for any one who wants to learn something new wile flying the real thing, Flight sims are great but this is a way you can try new things with the real thing and not crash and come away with more confidence in your abilities :glasses2:

Russ,
How's it going filling the class slots? I have to work on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. I may be able to make it down on Thursday afternoon.
Can we fly on Thursday?

Hi Jeff,
Flying Thursday will be fine and is the norm. Just to let every one know the class has been canceled due to lack of interest. I think there was some interest, just not much commitment, I do understand why though, many people who would like to attend the class already have over the past couple years.

So does that mean Jason and Todd are not going to be there?

Too bad Todd and Jason couldn't make it up.
We still have a blast no matter what though.
Just wish I could be there all weekend. :(

Yes get to pull the down on Sunday trick again...:( :arggg: :bomb:
We are so stinking short of people at work that the only way I can get a day off is to call in sick.
Sorry I wasn't raised that way so I don't do it unless it is absolutely necessary.
We are 3 Firefighters short of our already short staffing and the department has no plans to hire before December'ish. :arggg: :arggg:
I will be down on Friday or Sunday for the day. Probably Friday.
Who knows maybe I will "catch" something and stay all weekend. :D

Yes, I know what you mean about too much work. In August I had to work 11 days, can you believe that, the nerve of them, making me work such a long schedule. :D
See ya down there.

Don't ask. :(
Between broken helis and jobs to get done I just couldn't get there.
Not to mention the lack of time off at work. :(
That makes is offical for me.
First summer in 4 years I have missed both Snohomish and Brooks.
To top it off today BOTH of the LiPo chargers went crazy and now I am without chargers for the Ion or my RX packs. :arggg: :arggg:
Glad you guys had fun. I was going to try and come down yesterday, but I had to test fly both helis before our job today and I had to be up and ready to fly at 7am.
Guess I will just have to hope for better luck next summer. :(

There will be next year. Maybe if the weather holds we can get a few guys together for some flying at the RAMs club.
Hope you get your helis/chargers sorted out.

Astro 109's.
First time in a year I have had any problems with them.
They didn't do any damage to any of my packs, but they won't charge any of them either. :(
I am all for a RAMS day. Now if I can get a day off to do it.....:D
I want to get Bill to fill up his Airship sometime in the future also.
I could have used it today on this job.
We had to cancel because there were too many people around for the heli.
Tomorrow early AM should get us less people and the job done.
