Tony that just seems so friggin' odd...it's gotta be in the mid 90's here. Rains every afternoon so the humidity stays astronomical. It's as if you lived on another planet.

Tony,
Wasn't this one of the warmest summers up there this year.
I read that there were some 90* days above the artic circle that were measured at remote sites.
Get ready for gas to go through the roof. That huricane is going to get mighty expensive.

Yeah it's a total mess.
I lost a home and my mother to a fire a long time ago. There's nothing worse than losing everything.
There's about a million new homeless people in America right now.
The devastation is unreal.
It's gonna get a lot worse before it gets any better. Anyplace down there in the southeast that gets their fuel through pipelines from Houston or New Orleans is going to be flat out in about a week.
You may not be able to buy gas in Atlanta next week.
They're already rationing in some places.

I just went to the station around the corner to fill up and they'd only let me have 50 bucks worth there.

columbus MS , 300 miles north of new Orleans , I would think the storm fizzed out to half of what it was at the coast, the house I grew up in was well built , a brick home ,

The power may be down Tony.
And the house may feel like a 20S Ion did Chaos over it.
But it surely didn't get destroyed like a lot stuff closer to the Gulf.

not really sure what the deal is
No - it just works :)
Still haven't tried bailing out of an auto (too close to IRCHA) but did hhave the motor stop and restart full blast in the air this weekend when the heli went into failsafe briefly. There was an event close to our field where people may have been flying R/C without fx control. Installed a ferrite ring on the ESC / Rx lead just in case.
Has anybody tried the HV-85 yet?
- Rob
Hey Rob, Have you tried bailing out of an auto yet with the HV-110 yet? Are you still liking the ESC compared to the Hacker? Any new findings? Thanks!

Not yet - been spending a lot of time with an OS "big bore" motor lately - working on aerobatic autos.
Will try this before the snow flies. Everything else (dual speed setup) has been working well.

Spank it Bobby!
Someone emailed me and his 85 HV shutdown on a BIG loop with an Ion.
Sounded like it overamped.
You might want to set the overcurrent to insensitive.
I want to see if it can handle a beating
