Ok, I have searched the forums, and havent found everything that I have been looking for. The Finless vids were great start for me. Here is where I'm at. I am new to heli's. I bought my dragonfly 60 back in july of 2007. I am using a sim, ClearView. I can do inverteted, rolls, forward, backward flight on sim!! My landings are 50/50.
Back in july, I did'nt know what I was getting into when I bought the df60. Just bought it for the low price. After receiving it, I turned to the net for info. I found that on many sites the walkera is a bad word. So I bought a Spektrum dx7 and a ar7000 rx. By now, my brain is screaming for a break. Oh by the way the df60 came with the brushless motor, esc installed and came with the upgrade aluminum main/tail rotors in package.
So with my brain just stumped with all this new high tech stuff, I took a break for a few months. Now Im back to tackle this and to set it up with some good servos and get the dx7 set up for a newbee. I do feel now after Finless vids, that I know and understand more than befor. Oh yea, I have had the df60 @ one inch off the groud with training gear!!!!!!!
What I really want help with is what servos to use, and will fit. If anybody knows of a df60 owner that has produced a setup vide on these, send me the link!!!!
