I am undecided between these two models:

Logo 5003D or Logo6003D?

The two models are very similar and many components are equal.

The cost of full models is different for about $ 300

What are the characteristics of the two models?
I know that both are valid, but to be precise in what the 600 could be better? For example, choosing among the best setup on the one hand and on the other you will get the same performance or Logo 600 can win?

I enclose my two possible setups:

---- LOGO5003D ----

- 8S 3700
- Motor Orbit 30-10 HE
- CC Phoenix85HV

- 3 x JR8717
- 1 x BLS251
- V-Stabi

- 2S-1350 direct on JR8717
- Spektrum Vr5203-regulator for the 251

- Blade-SAB550
- TailBlade SAB95

----------- LOGO6003D ----------

All the same except

-10S-3700
-Motor Orbit 30-12 HE

-Blade -SAB620

----------------------------------

What will characteristics of these hypothetical models?
What I recommend?

Thanks!

Are the 500 and 600 really that much different (I'm coming from a Rex450)? How much difference does 100mm really make in flight?

Not bashing here, just trying to decide if I need to sell body parts to pay for a 600 sized machine's battery packs.

Actually the difference can be from 100mm down to 40mm. Many are running the Logo500 on 560mm blades as long as your power system is up to it. I think the main deciding factor between the two is really what battery setup you want to go with. The 500 is in it's sweet spot with 6S 5000mah or so packs, while the 600 is a generally considered a 10S machine. So the big difference is really what packs you can afford to support as I believe the 10S packs are roughly 100 bucks more a pop and also make sure you have a charger that can support 10S.

Now i've not flown either yet as I am currently in the build of a Logo500, but I did consider each of the choices carefully. Ultimately I went with the 500 since I already have a couple of 6S 5000 packs that I use for my Trex600 as well as only having a 8S charger at the moment. The long term plan is to convert the 500 over to a 600 at some point in the future when I can make the battery jump.

I don't have one yet, but have decided on the 500 for this very reason. Even though on the bigger scale of things, batteries may not seem like much (when your considering Logo).
I liked the idea of staying with the 6s for now. And as others have mentioned, you "could" upgrade the 500 to a 600 down the road.
