Being in the hovering stages and just learning my radio .Does anyone have a setup sheet settings that I could use as a referance.Iam using the rudder dual rate switch to turn on and off headholding.JUst curious about other setting like rates and travels

Pretty much everything is dependant upon your particular mechanical setup. My settings will differ completely from your settings based on all sorts of things such as servo type(s), servo arms, linkages, Gyro etc. Even knowing these things still wouldn't make it possible to guess your ATVs.
Try asking more specific questions.
