I flew my 200 for the first time last night. Like everyone I am impressed with its design. I had to have one after seeing K. Stacey with it at the Wram show. Of course I could never fly it like him but the idea of having a bird that small that I could flip over in my backyard was too great not to get one :)

Two issues. One check your bolts especially the tail rotor screws and the screws with nuts holding the lower frame together. Mine all became loose and need locktite.

Now more of an issue are the ball links on the tail pitch slider. They are very loose and mine popped off during flight. Luckily it was just hovering and no damage was done. I know I have read that this can be an issue.

Is there a fix for them or do I need to just keep buying new sliders hoping for a tighter fit?

Thanks,
Stuart

Buy a set of the universal links instead of the slider. They contain a set of the tail pitch slider links. That way at leat you won't have to take the tail apart anymore.

I have heard (haven't tried it myself, haven't needed to) that you can use a hair dryer on high heat to heat up the links and when they cool down they will shrink a little and get tighter.

I did buy an extra tail slider and links bag but they all see to be just as loose. I can't imagine them staying on too long? They have at least .5mm slop when slid side to side on the ball.
