Fan Balancing

Hi I have a question about the Shannons Mpegs showing how to balance a fan.

1 How did he get Bill Clinton to do the voice over? :D

2 Where do I get the shaft like the one used to hold the fan whilst balancing it?

For the shaft you can use a feathering spidle form a shuttle or a raptor. For the collets I used the mini air starter cones I don't have the p/n for them though.

0621 is the part number for the cones.
0728 is the number for the shaft. The shaft is a start shaft from a XL 46 clutch. Or a 5mm drill rod will work for a shaft also.

what about using that hobbyco propbalancer. the one with the shaft that floats between two magnets?
