Does anyone know if all channels on the 1024 receiver uses that resolution, So when using it on a 14MZ should you use the servo position as the 14MZ or should you use the 1024 9Z positions and change the function screen on the 14MZ to suit.

GW...if you use a 1024 rx with the 14mz then you will have 1024 of resolution.
If you use the G3 rx...you will have 2048 resolution.
It is recommended that you keep the servo channels to default in the 14mz, rearranging them to the 9z channels would not be benneficial at all.
Futaba configured this new servo arrangement to optimize how servos work together, like for Eccpm, your Tail Setup, etc...
