I just set one up. I did a bunch of googling and found that the $7.68 + tax RCA universal remote that I bought today from Walmart works with my Nikon D70. I turned on the remote feature within the camera, followed the instructions with the universal remote to auto scan and now I can activate the auto focus and the shutter remotely by pressing the minus volume button. From what I've been reading, I will get more range with it over the Nikon wireless remote as well.
I think this will work great when I get my D70 setup on a Mast.
