As promised, here is some video of the B400 from the indoor Sunday night. It;s mostly hover.

The 4th flight where I had the thermal lockouts is not on here. However, I think where the heli just drops out of the sky, it's either having a near thermal shutdown, or I have a static problem in the tail.

I got a Phoenix 35 and a ccBec to put on the heli. Unfortunately the P35 was DOA. castle is sending out a new one though. I did get in a flight tonight with the BEC. It was much more stable in hover and it seemed like I got a longer flight. Might have something to do with the Castle BEC being more efficient than the BEC in the speed control.

Not great quality, I cut and pasted this together kind of quick

Basically it's 2 flights, mostly hover with a little flying around thrown in. I've got the ccbec running at 5.5V. When I get the Phoenix 35 ESC and get governor mode setup, I will post more. I gotta get someone to shoot some video so I can fly it around a little.

looking good practice doing very slight Throttle imputs this will help with the yoyo and give you a constant hover hight

all is needed is small adj in the collective

one good excesize is to intentional yoyos but stoping at the up and the middle and the down

I used to fly pattern - to me smooth is good.;)

One other thing to note. I shot that with the camera on a tripod and a wide angle lens. The hover closeups were shot about 3ft. from the lens.

Don't know how you know, but thanks, you are giving me too much credit. I REALLY am a NewB. I've been to a field twice now, and I think that is helping. I have room here, but more room builds my confidence.
