I am in some serious need of Help...... I am at a back wall now on this esmart 600...
The inside servo arm inside the frame,,i just cant seem to get that on and when i get it on i can hardly move it up and down........when i connect it to the frame, then i put the servo on, once that's on, i attach the linkages to the servo and it is really hard to move it...I cant even describe what im doin wrong.....This is a terrible design...I have the servo on....i have the the servo arm connected to the inside of the frame but i'm not sure which way the servo arm is to face..the servo balls seem to rub against the frame and if i loosen it, it's too loose or if i connect the linkages to the servo the arm hardly moves....This is very bad..i cant even see how anyone can sucessfully get this on...Cant take it to a local hobby shop cause they dont know Esmart 600 Heli..i hope maybe someone can take photo's of your Esmart 600 with the canopy off and snap shot as best as you can the inside of your frame or just take photos of the side of your heli where the inside servo is...where i'm referring too...
take a couple if you can and please email to rhampton1914@gmail.com
i would really appreciate it.....i had the heli a week now and for the past 2 days i'm at a stand still....just not sure where the level point is on the inside servo and how freely it's suppose to move....

I mounted the servo from the outside(hitec) and that kinda line s it up good. A few questions, 1. What servos are you using? 2. looking from the tail end of the heli, Which side is the elevator servo on? and lastly did you mount the servo from the inside or out? I can help you better if you post pics of what you are doing...I can't sent pics right now, because I am waiting for new servos to test on my e-smart. I transplanted the hitec ones on my new RJX extreme 50.

I mounted my servo Hitec6965HB to the inside of the left hand frame using the longer mounting blocks. The control arm is mounted to the inside of the right hand frame side. I hooked my links to my control arm first then assembled it to the frame, using the spacer provided. After that simply install the servo horn and connect your ball links. Its a bit tight for sure but it can be done.
I have approx 10 flights as of now and find it to be a nice flier although a little sensitive around center stick. Check out my profile for the specs.
