I have been flying Spektrum, 0 EXPO is full sensativity, increasing it deadens the stick, with Futaba 0 EXPO is full sensativity, but you can go positive or negative, which way is which ?:arggg:

Well you're confused to start with. No expo is linear. On the JR positive expo softens the center, negative expo makes the center more sensitive.

On Futaba the opposite is true, negative expo softens the center. The 9C graph shows whats going on, move the stick and you will see a line move on the graph to indicate stick position, the graph line will show you how far the servo will move in response to that stick position.

Thank you, that helps, I have a Spektrum DX6 and it is as I described, 0 expo is max stick, I almost crashed my Ark 400 when I first started, I had 40% expo, based on what the Raptor guys were flying, on a 120 degree swash 40% is almost dead stick. I later found out that 25% is max expo for 120 degree swash. Spektrum makes some things hard to understand when comparing to other radios, even though Spektrum is JR, you would think they would be similar, thats why I switched to Futaba 9CHP with a Spektrum Module
