You can use the new Futaba Brushless Servo - BLS25. Not a great deal of difference to the 9256 but should have a longer life span.

Without changing anything you can use the 9251, 9256, and the BLS251
You can use a 9253, 54 or any other tail rotor servo but you have to make a change in the service or "secret" menu and set the pulse width to wide (1520us) or you will cook the servo amp.
