I have 4 gallons through mine and no crash. I prefer to crash the 450 and then be gentle with the 600. It certainly helped my skills once I had two helis and now I'm not afraid to try things with the 450.

Luckily I have not crashed yet but I would imagine the usual damage which would cost around $60-80 minus the blades.

I've only had one crash with my 600N Pro and it cost me about $200 to repair (without replacing my chipped canopy). I wouldn't be at all surprised if the average comes to over $100, considering the price of blades.

It's all about the blades - the 600 parts are insignificant compared to the costs of the CF blades. A medium prang would entail mainshaft/ flybar / mainshaft bearings / undercart / boom / main gear +/- TT parts say around $40 then your V's - Radixs or whatever >$100

Tail blades, tt front drive gear set, autorotation gear, and landing skid will run ya just about $50.00 and I wouldn't call that a crash much less average. I'd say average is more in the 200.00 area considering blades. I would have to think that the average crash collects at least one blade.
Had my first crash today with the 600N and my first crash with a Heli. Not to bad because it is my third heli, first were the 600E and Swift. It is looking like my crash will cost around 175 by the time it is all over. I need to replace my frames, blades, tank, tail blades, few bearings, tail gear, landing gear and a few more things. The cost is not too high becasue I am getting a good deal on some main blades and getting 2mm FRP frames, they cost around 60 for a set.

I also had my first 600 crash today. Cost me 170.00 to get parts to fix. Blades were half of the 170.00.
