3154 should be a direct fit.... not sure what you mean?

it kinda looks as though the servo mouting tab holes are not long enough out to reach the holes in the boom mounts, and the washers that are on the screws are permitting me from getting the screws staight becasue the servo case is in the way

maybe if you post pics it would help... I had that servo on the tail before, but burnt it out. I remember it being a straight fit with no issues, but I don't have it now so hard to picture what you are talkign about... I am using a bigger servo now and mounting is a headache, probably should get the cnc mounts someday. Anyway your servo should fit in ok, maybe look at pics of other people's set up, I think most everyone is using the s3154.

Also can you PLEASE tell me what the length of each cycl link is, I have spent over 2 hours going back and forth

Adjust the cyclic links so you have 7mm from the top of the frame to the bottom of the swash plate.

Use a different screw for the S3154, I used one from the metal parts bag and had to file down the holder a little on one end. Definitely not a perfect fit out of the bag but it's set up real sturdy now and is completely worth it

ya i had to open up the hole on the servo and grind off the washer from the screw, i got everything ready and had a flight it was AWSOME! it was stable without expo!
