So the whole reason I had to buy the B400 was that the CX2 just couldn't lift the board camera, transmitter, and a power supply I bought. I have finally gotten to a point where I can fly the new helicopter (almost) and normally would be almost ready to mount my camera in the thing. But of course I have already mounted the camera. It works quite well so far at distances of less than 15 feet. I will soon test it at longer distance. I bought this camera:

and this transmitter/receiver combo:

I gutted the transmitter, mounted just the pc board with modified connectors. Being a novice flyer (to say the least) I also have training wheels on. I used a block of wood in the center of the training wheels that made a perfect place to mount the camera in front of. It's very steady mounted there and I don't get the nasty shaking you see in some video taken aboard an rc heli. The video is on line here:

That was just a quick test and you are surely not nearly excited about it as I am. I should have some better video soon. And I'm working on sound also.
Anyone have any experience with loading so much cargo on their heli? I'm just hovering around so I think I will be safe, but I was wondering if I could overload it trying to go 3d with almost 3 ounces of transmitter and camera plus the 8 AAA batteries and holders?
