Will the 6S 4900mAH FP EVO25 battery fit in a Logo 5003D - its specs say it is bigger than my TP 6S5000 and that one doesn't leave much room.

No, it will not fit under the pinion. You might be able to hang it out the end but others have said it does not balance well.

Why not use the 6S 5000mAH FP EVO25? It's thinner & longer than the 4900's, could be a better fit.
I asked because there was a used one for sale - if buying new I would go with a 5000mAh pack.

I use one on my 500 - as Bruce says it won't fit under the pinion but I haven't had any probs with CG just parking it in front of those hungry pinion teeth ! Actually only time I've damaged a lipo in a Logo was a head first landing when the pack stretched the rubbers and the pack had a neat circular disc punched in it from it.
