I keep forgetting to post this, but wanted to give Dan at Custom Heli Parts kudos for customer service!
I crashed my 550 a couple weeks ago, and destroyed one of the CF landing gear supports on the frame. Ready Heli doesn't stock replacement parts for the Custom Heli frame, and asked that I contact Dan directly. Not knowing anything about Dan or his company, feared I might be in for a hassle trying to contact him and getting this one specific part in a timely manner.
To the contrary, he shipped the replacement part at no cost that same day, no questions asked. To say the least I was very pleased! I ended up having his CF part before the rest of my stuff from Ready Heli arrived. :)
