Servo Difference??

Hi,
I see that some people go with a 9257 servo and others get the 9650. I'm thinking about the GY401 and was wondering what the difference in the servos is?

I can't really tell but the 9257, or the second one seems faster.

I am currently running the s9650 'cause my 3400G stopped working. I dont know all the specs and ins and outs but I can say I liked the 3400G better.
