Hey ever went too high intentional or not and when bringing her down you loose all stability?

I have not tried this yet, but here is my idea. What if I change my pitch (this is all normal mode) to -2 +10 and program throtle curve to 0-0-85-85-85?

Then when bringing her down you dont loose any head speed, thoughts?

Just put it in idleup and use negitive pitch. That'll get it down quick and you'll have plenty of head speed.:YeaBaby:

you will over torque the system
have to have a gradual up to 50 then jump to 85
but best to leave it calm on the - half of the stick

really about 2 deg in pitch change will make you decend now if u drop below center on the stick the your head speed is under 50

how to help is drop stick a click then when you get to level you want add power past hover point to slow down and then back off to prevent the climb

it the same in any direction have to put in more to stop the momentum then to lower to desired stoping point

not sure if i can explane in words

does anyone think i shound make a scale flight knowlage vids if it will help heli flyers
all i know is real helicopter manuvers whitch still aply in the RC helis

Yeah - know about the yoyos. When I really concentrate I can do pretty good at stopping that. The other problem is I can barely feel the stick in the left thumb. I blew out my neck in Oct. Had surgery in early Dec. (anterior cervical fusion) My thumb is in various states of numb. I have Ti in my spine though.

One other thing, I checked the head speed tonight. It's 2660 in normal and 2900 in idle up.

As of now, I have throtle curve set as 0-0-70-85-100, so why would 0-0-85-85-85 do any harm?

I figure it doesnt actually go to 70 or 80 at mid stick it still speeds up gradually, maybe thats the slow start feature of the esc?
