so ive been building my titan for te past couple of days. installing my servos now (hs55) and they seem to be to long and wont fit properly. there is a gap between the servo holder and servo, can someone help me?

is the head sapposed to be so tight?

when i go to plug in my lipo to the align ESC, it sparks ssometimes between the deans connector, i double checked and made sure polarity is right, is this normal? kinda freaked me out.

is the 13T fine for an align t450 motor and esc setup?

Can I suggest that you read research these subjects as people have been talking about them many times..
In short:
- depends what you call tight. In fact it should be hyper smooth. Without the link to the servo, the swash plate fall down on the frame by its own weight. Make sure that all your ball links are very smooth. If not you add friction and extra efforts on the servos for no valid reason.

If you mean turning the head is hard, then probably your tail belt is too tight.

Just curious: Did you use any lubricant anywhere??? (My feeling is that you didn't) but I could be wrong of course!

- Not sure about the HS55 but if the same size as the HS65, needs little adjustments.. Do a search.. on this subject.

- Sparks While connecting the ESC is normal due the charging of the large capacitors of the ESC.
again this subject has been talked about many times.

- 13 T ok.. but what battery? 3S 4s?? With 3S if you want hard 3D will work. Probably too big on 4S your head speed would be very high. (And your flight time inversely proportionals). For 4S 11 or 12T is more "sport flying"

Happy flying.
