one way bearing position

im confused about my OWB if i put it in the frame the way it is in the manual it is engageing the wrong way if i put it in upside down it engages properly but it is misalighed with the main gear ie it sits to low
has anyone had this problem or is it me

found out the problem the gear has slipped down on the OWB ill have to loctite it back
